  • The Canadian Minister of Health has now responded to a set of questions posed by the Member of Parliament for Don Valley West, Mr. Robert Oliphant, asking how the government is responding the challenges of ME/CFS.  Several questions related to FMS as well.  We see that the federal health system is starting to grapple with the challenges around these illnesses in areas like surveillance, food security and research.  We see also that the National ME/FM Action Network has won the trust and respect of federal health officials which will help as we move forward. Permission to post the response was granted by the House of Commons.
