The National ME/FM Action Network is dedicated to advancing the understanding of ME/CFS and FMS through enhancing physicians' knowledge of the illnesses and having patients receive appropriate treatment in a timely fashion.
Our objective is to place copies of the Overviews of the ME/CFS and FMS Consensus Documents in the hands of all family physicians, general practitioners and relevant specialists in Canada. This is a monumental task so we all need to work together.
We would like to encourage all Support Groups and Organizations to work with us on this. Every time someone or some organization does a little bit, it lightens the load of others. In order that people don't duplicate their efforts, please email Marj with your information as to how many and where you send the Overviews. We will post information here about where the Overviews are being sent. We started with the Maritime provinces and territories because they have the least support.
